I haven’t seen Flip in years, but one thing that I will always remember about him is his deep love for his children and his wife. Every time he would talk about him, he would just beam with pride and joy. He loved being a husband and father more than anything in the world. Flip was a light in this world and I always enjoyed our conversations. RIP, Flip. Keeping his loved ones in my prayers.

When I think of Flip, I hear his laugh, see his smile, and remember the way he always found something positive to say. He had a gift for encouraging others, for making things seem a little less overwhelming, and for reminding me that, somehow, things always have a way of working out.

We didn't talk as often as we should have, and I wish now that we had. But whenever we did, he always left me feeling a little better about life. I know Flip wouldn't want me to be sad. He'd probably tell me to smile, keep my head up, and trust that everything will be okay. But, like so much of his advice, I'm afraid I'm going to ignore that one.

Flip, it's going to be incredibly hard living in a world without you. I wish we had more time, more conversations, and more memories to make. But I will forever be grateful for the ones we shared.

You may no longer be here beside me, but I will carry you in my heart, in my memories, and in the way I try to see the good in life, just as you always did.

Until we meet again, my friend. I love you, and I'll miss you always.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Flip’s passing. I had the privilege of working alongside him, and he was consistently helpful, kind, and genuinely inclusive in every interaction. He made work better for the people around him, and his presence always brought a sense of warmth and encouragement. I’m grateful to have known him, and I am holding his family, friends, and loved ones in my thoughts during this difficult time.

We will always treasure our time with Flip. He made living on Snapdragon a neighborhood affair. He would run errands and take the kids to all of their commitments and I could see through that it was his love language for Kendra. He would do all the thing outside of the home so his beloved wife wouldn’t have to. I could see his love for his wife in every birthday party he attended, every run to Kroger he did. I know Lilee and Vincent will miss him immensely in the weeks and years to come, and I will happily revel in his memory with him. He was a good dad and devoted husband. May we all wish to have the love that Flip had for Kendra and his kids

Flip and I have been friends since his TCEQ days and all throughout his career with AT&T. He was such a blessing to have as a friend. We solved some of the greatest problems for AT&T with professionalism and humor. A true gentleman full of kindness for all. I will greatly miss him.
