Weight
Prices cover a loved one under 250 pounds. From 250 to 350 pounds, add $195. Over 350 pounds, we quote by phone.
Extra days
Two days of refrigeration come with every package. If the paperwork takes longer, each extra day is $75.
Distance
We come to you within 40 miles of Weatherford. Past that, we quote the transfer by phone. A cross country trip is $3.75 a mile one way.

Come sit down with us on Simmons Street and we will go through it together. You get more help in person, a free copy of the death certificate, and we can work with a life insurance policy.

Certificates and permits
Paperwork
Most of this is already inside Packages 2 and 3. Package 1 families add only what they need.The state charges $21 for the first copy of the death certificate.
Extra Death Certificate Copies
Certified copies beyond the first one. Banks, insurance companies and the DMV each want their own. Set the quantity to how many you need.
Mailing the Death Certificate
Priority Mail with tracking to any address in the United States.
Medical Examiner Cremation Permit
Needed only when the medical examiner has to review the death first. We will tell you if it applies.

Keepsakes
Taken with care before the cremation and returned to you with the ashes.
Lock of Hair Keepsake
A lock of hair, tied and returned to you in a small envelope with the ashes.
Fingerprint Keepsake
A clean print on a card. Many families later have it made into a pendant or a ring.
Splitting the Ashes
We divide the ashes so more than one family member can keep a portion.
Extra Temporary Urn
Each split portion needs its own container. This is the same simple black temporary urn every package comes with.
Before the cremation
Care and Viewing
Options for families who want time together, or who are planning a service.
Private Viewing Before Cremation
A quiet time for immediate family, or an identification. By appointment. Call to arrange. No embalming.
Extra Day of Refrigeration
Two days are part of every package. If family needs time to travel in, each extra day is $75.
Dressing
Washing, disinfecting and dressing in clothing you provide, before a viewing or the cremation.
Embalming
Not required by law for cremation. Only needed for arrangements such as a public viewing. Call us first.
Veterans Affairs Coordination
For a veteran whose ashes will rest in a national cemetery. We handle the VA paperwork and the honors team.

Printed and personalized with the photo and wording you choose. We call you after you order.

A register book plus 100 personalized color memorial folders.

Registered USPS mail anywhere in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii are extra.
Cross Country Transfer
Long distance transfer past 40 miles, priced per mile one way. Call first and we will confirm the mileage.
