Irene was born on March 22, 1959, in Mineral Wells, Texas, to Mary Anguiano and Simon Aparicio Sr. She spent her life surrounded by the people and community she called home.
Irene was a loving mother and cherished member of her family. She is survived by her son, Matthew Perez, along with family members and loved ones who will continue to carry her memory in their hearts.
She was preceded in death by her son, Ralph Carvajal, and her brother, Christopher Aparicio.
Irene’s life will be remembered by those who knew and loved her. Her presence will be deeply missed, and the memories shared with her will remain a lasting source of comfort to her family and friends.
