Donald Joe Hill, 77, of Granbury, Texas, passed away on October 11, 2026. He was born on September 23, 1949, in Weatherford, Texas, to Ervin Hill and Minnie Mae (Boyd) Hill.
Donald enjoyed fishing, a favorite pastime that brought him many peaceful moments outdoors. His memory will be cherished by his family and those who knew him.
He is survived by his children, Michael Hill and wife, Stacie; Donald “DP” Hill and wife, Cindy; and Carrie Hill. He also leaves behind eight grandchildren, Ashley Hill, Ariel Hill, Jason Washington, Dathan Hill, Tara Hill, Leddy Hill, Kayla Cohron, and Justin Cohron; and four great-grandchildren.
Donald was preceded in death by his parents, Ervin and Minnie Mae (Boyd) Hill, and his sister, Nelda (Hill) Teague.
He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his family and friends.
