Cynthia Sims, 84, of Granbury, Texas, passed away at home on November 2, 2026, following an illness with cancer.
Cynthia was born on August 22, 1942, in San Antonio, Texas, to Herschel and Margaret Welch. She enjoyed going to garage sales, finding treasures along the way, and the simple pleasures of everyday life.
Her family includes her husband, Marvin Sims; her children, Misty, Stan, Brenda, and Randy; and her grandchildren, Mason, Logan, Wade, Kaila, Crystal, Justin, Jordan, and Lacy. Her siblings include Ronald, Debbie, Vicky, and Herschel.
Cynthia was preceded in death by Vicky Sawyer, Herschel Welch, Margaret Welch, Brenda Crabtree, and Tristen Benson.
Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
