Bryan Edmund Hartman, age 57, of Rhome, Texas, passed away on August 8, 2026.
Bryan was born on March 16, 1969, in Conroe, Texas, to Henry and Phyllis Hartman. Bryan graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in computer science. For 25 years, Bryan was a dedicated member of Tyler Technologies, where he held many roles throughout his career. His intelligence, knowledge, and commitment were evident in both his professional and personal life.
Above all else, Bryan was a devoted husband and a proud father. He shared 32 wonderful years of marriage with his wife, Kristen, and took tremendous pride in their sons, Colin and Cameron. His family was at the center of his life, and he loved them wholeheartedly.
Bryan had a genuine love for life. He enjoyed adventure and travel and was passionate about motorcycles, sports, and spending time at the lake. Whether setting out on a new adventure or simply enjoying time surrounded by the people he cared about, Bryan embraced life and the experiences it offered.
Those who knew Bryan will remember an exceptionally smart and knowledgeable man who was always ready for a good discussion on just about any subject. He enjoyed sharing ideas, exchanging thoughts, and connecting with others. More importantly, Bryan was a genuine and loyal friend. When it came to his family and friends, Bryan gave his love 100 percent.
Bryan is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Kristen Hartman; his sons, Colin Hartman and Cameron Hartman; his mother, Phyllis Hartman; his brothers, Eddie Hartman and Jeff Hartman; and many extended family members, friends, colleagues, and loved ones who will forever cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Edmund Hartman.
Bryan leaves behind a legacy of love, friendship, adventure, hard work, and devotion to those who mattered most to him. While his absence will be deeply felt, the countless memories, conversations, adventures, and moments shared with him will continue to bring comfort to those who knew and loved him.
Service arrangements will be announced once they have been finalized.

I got to know Bryan while living in the Pacific Northwest, and I feel lucky that our paths crossed. Bryan had a great sense of humor and was as funny as he was smart. Conversations with Bryan were always fun and he will be missed. My heart goes out to Kristen, Colin, and Cameron, and to everyone who loved him. Praying for peace and comfort for your family.

I'm so sorry and saddened to hear about Bryan's passing. I have many amazing memories and shared moments with Bryan while building the case mgt system in Las Vegas. I'm thankful he shared his family (you and boys) with me. Bryan was an amazing friend, co-worker and family man for sure.
