Richard Celes Palmer Jr., 83, of Eastland, Texas, passed away of natural causes on October 9, 2026. He was born on May 8, 1943, in Seminole, Oklahoma, to Richard and Carmela Palmer.
Richard is survived by his son, Chance Palmer and wife, Crystalle; his sister, Brenda Gatlin; and multiple grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Carmela Palmer; his sister, Sue Elliot; and his children, Sheldon, Russell, Ricky, and Stoney Palmer.
Richard’s memory will remain in the hearts of his family and all who knew him.
