Jesse William Ostrowski, 73, of Mineral Wells, Texas, passed away on October 13, 2026. Born on January 7, 1953, in South Carolina, he was the son of Nester and Dorene Ostrowski.
Jesse was a master plumber and a skilled carpenter who loved working with his hands. Whether building, repairing, or collecting odds and ends, he found satisfaction in keeping busy and discovering the possibilities in everyday things.
His playful sense of humor gave his family countless memories to cherish. He was known for going through his daughters’ names before finally landing on the right one, inventing words just to leave everyone wondering what he meant, and breaking into his own unforgettable “caveman” dance when music played. His familiar saying, “Big O, what do you know?” will remain a treasured reminder of his personality.
Jesse’s family includes his five daughters, Michelle, Stephanie, Stacie, Suzanne, and Jessica; his grandchildren, Krista and Avery, Austin, Summer, and April, Garland, and Brandon and Dexter; and his brothers, Dean and Robert Ostrowski.
Jesse will be lovingly remembered for his craftsmanship, humor, and the everyday moments that made him uniquely himself. His memory will live on in the stories, laughter, and love shared by his family.
