Lois Joe Kinsey, 86, of Gordon, Texas, passed away on October 1, 2026, in Weatherford, Texas.
Born as Lois Joe Wright on October 19, 1939, in Altus, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Paul and Florance Wright.
Lois devoted her life to being a mother and caring for her family. She loved to cook, sharing that love through the meals she prepared for those dear to her. Her family, which spanned five generations, was an important part of her life.
Lois shared 54 years of marriage with her husband, Paul Kinsey, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Ronald Wright.
She is survived by her two sons, Ricky and Terry and his wife, Sherry; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Lois will be lovingly remembered for her devotion to her family and the care she showed through a lifetime of motherhood. Her memory will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
